摘要
在对圆环锭闪光焊上模块服役条件和失效形式分析的基础上，选用Ｈ１３钢代替５ＣｒＭｎＭｏ钢，并优选了其热处理工艺，使上模块的使用寿命提高了１０倍．
H13 steel instead of 5CrMnMo steel and the optimum processing paramaters of heat treatment are suggested based on the service conditions and analyses of failed about the up die blockers of flash weld used for mining round-link chain. The result showed that the sovice life of up die bloekers has exteaded ten times.
