摘要
抛煤机锅炉的燃烧过程从理论上讲是优于其它火床锅炉,但国内生产的抛煤机锅炉运行后普遍存在燃烧不良现象。锅炉平均热效率仅55%~60%,烟尘排放量大,烟囱冒黑烟,既造成能源的大量浪费,而又严重污染环境。因此,一些地区和部门下令限期改造、限产和停产,从而使这种锅炉的应用范围日趋狭窄。本文重点分析了抛煤机锅炉燃烧不良的原因,并提出了解决的方法(专刊号:ZL93207681·5),可供设计和改造锅炉借鉴。
Poor combustion is often seen in the domestic manufactured spreader fired boilers, the mean efficiecy of which is only about 55 - 6o %. Causes of the poor combustion of this type of boiler are analysed and solutions are proposed.
