摘要
本文研究了大颗粒碳/炭的着火过程,通过实验和数值模拟发现,大颗粒碳/炭的着火与小颗粒的不同,它的温升历程不存在突跃现象,因此也就不存在d2T/dt2=0的着火特征点。为此,本文针对大颗粒碳/炭着火过程的特点,提出了一个新的着火判据,据此建立了大颗粒碳/炭着火模型,导出了与小颗粒碳/炭相同形式的着火表达式。实验验证了在小颗粒模型下推导出的着火温度与煤质之间的通用关系仍适用于大颗粒碳/炭的着火。
The ignition process of a large carbon/char particle is studied in this paper,Based on the experiments and numerical calculation,the different behavior between the large and small carbon/char particle ignition is found,and there exists no sudden jump point of the temperature history of a large particle,so the ignition condition,d2T/dt2=0,can not be used.According to different ignition behavior of a large particle,a new ignition criterion is proposed in this paper.Based on this criterion,the model of large carbon/char particle ignition is presented.and the ignition expression which is similar to that of small particles is derived.It is verified through both the experiments and analysis that the universal correlation from the model of small particles is also suitable large particle ignition.
