摘要
实验室驯化的中华按蚊,通过人胎盘膜,吸取含马来丝虫微丝蚴的新鲜兔血而获感染。在温度为28℃,相对湿度为75-85%的实验条件下,观察了中华按蚊感染马来丝虫后感染期幼虫逸出情况。结果表明,血餐后第12d感染蚊再吸血时感染期幼虫逸出率为78.63%。
Observations were carried out on the escape of infective larvae from Anopheles sinensis infecled with microfilariae of Brugia malayi through an artificial menbrane and maitained at 28℃ and r.h 75 - 85%. Analysas of the result data showd that the numbers of infective larvae within mosquitoes before and after blood-feeding 12 days post infection are significantly different. The escape rate of infective larae was 78. 36% when the infected mosquitoes were blood-feeded 12 days post infection.
