摘要
CNC三维立铣加工中铣刀的弯曲变形对加工精度有重要的影响.笔者提出了一种通过采样切削分力Fx、Fy间接计算出刀具变形量.并通过实时修正走刀轨迹使刀具变形得到适应性补偿的思想.推导出了相应的算法公式.实验证明这种补偿是可行的和有效的.
This paper researches and advances an idea, which is applied to get the deflection at the end of cutter from cutting force, and to revise feed-locus in the progress of vertical milling of 3-D camber in real-time to compensate the deflection, and establishes a complete compensation algorism. An experiment is carried out for verifying the algorism based on the cutting force sampling.
