摘要
报道了１９９３—１９９４年采自养殖水体中的一种海洋盾纤类纤毛虫，经鉴定系拟尾丝虫属一新种。文中对其形态学做了综合描述。指出该种可生存于多污低氧环境及贝类外套腔内并可构成对养殖动物的危害。
Parauronema longum nov. spec.,a marine scuticociliate was described fromthe aquacultural waters off the Qingdao coast. Structural studies were made on thespecimens treated with the protargol and Chatton-Lwoff silver imregnation technics.Diagnosis: medium, elongated marine Parauro;Zema in vivo about 30-50 ×12～ 18μm with 18～21 somatic kineties; one marcro-and micronucleus;M1 long,composed of 7-10 pairs of hasal bodies;fibril of SKn connecting the caudal ciliumcomplex to the posterior circular fibril near SKn-6 and SKn-7.Ecological features: Salinity about 30-33‰, PH 8. 1-8. 4, water temperature 8～15℃.Remarks: The new species differs from the known members of this genus inthe higher number of somatic kineties, the longer M1 with more pairs of hasal bodies and the larger body size.Type specimens: Holotype and paratype each as one slide are deposited in theLaboratory of Protozoolgy, College of Fisheries, Ocean University of Qingdao, thenumber:So-93-4031, 4032.
