INVESTIGATION OF THE DEHYDRATION PROCESSES OF ION EXCHANGED MONTMORILLONITE

摘要 用 DTA,TG-DTA,XRD 和 TPD-GC 系统地研究了一组离子交换蒙脱石的脱水过程,其中 TPD-GC 首次被用于这种研究工作中,我们的实验结果表明,蒙脱石中吸附水的状态和数量明显地依赖于可交换金属离子的水合能力和数量,而且只可能有一种吸附水.后者不同于广为接受的推断:蒙脱石中存要两种结合力明显不同的吸附水. The dehydration processes of a group of ion exchanged montmorillonite were investigated systematically using DTA,TG-DTA,XRD and TPD-GC.The TPD-GC was used for the first time in the study of the dehydration processes.Our experimental results show that the state and quantity of the adsorption water in montmorillonite depend obviously on the hydration power and quantity of the exchangeable metal ions in the montmorillonite.The experimental results also show that there can be only one kind of adsorption water in the montmorillonite,which is different from the universally accepted view of the existence of two kinds of adsorption water with obvilusly different bonding force.
