摘要
本文对借助于计算机而开发的企业经营决策模拟系统-SFG的基本原理及其应用方法进行了论述。模拟系统-SFG引进了竞争机制,突出了以销定产,并建立起一套经济核算系统;可使企业决策人员在短短的几天内就能提高把握市场机会的能力,增强市场竞争的意识,沟通市场销售和企业生产间的关系,了解各种成本费用的形成和一定经营战略的实施对企业生产经营成果的影响,获得在实际工作中需几年才能感受到的经验和体会;提高企业决策者的决策能力。将模拟系统-SFG的构造原理运用到具体企业,可转换成实际的企业经营决策系统,用于多方案的比较决策,从而提高企业的科学决策水平和市场竞争能力。
This. paper presents the principle and application of business management decision simulation system-SFG, which is implemented on a computer. Considering the market mechanism, the SFG is a demand oriented system in which an independent financial accounting submodel is established. To be trained by SFG, it is possible for decision makers to improve the ability of grasp of opportunities, build a conceptural idea of competition, understand the relationship between marketing and Production, practice cost controlling and experience strategical planning with a prototype firm i a short time. The principle of SFG can be applied to a real firm to develop a practical decision support system.
