摘要
作者报告了对20例胃肠道术后患者作肠内营养(EN)和全肠外营养(TPN)支持的疗效对比。结果为在热量和氮量相同时,EN 和 TPN 病人的体重和血清白蛋白浓度均有下降。因肠内营养剂中含谷氨酰胺,故血清谷氨酰胺浓度 EN 组较 PN 组下降幅度小。EN 组比 PN 组有较早和较多的正氮平衡。临床观察表明术后第三天即可开始作肠内营养支持。
20 postoperative patients who underwent gastroin- testinal surgery were studied.They were divided into en- teral nutrition(EN)group and total parental nutrition (TPN)group.Results showed that the weight,serum albumin and glutamine of patients reduced either in EN group or in TPN group,but the decrease of glutamine in EN group was less than that in TPN group and the posi- tive nitrogen balance was attained more early in EN group than in TPN group.It suggested that EN support may be initiated in the third day after surgery.
