摘要
针对目前胱氨酸生产废水的处理和资源化所存在的问题，通过现场调查、室内模拟、生物试验、车间试生产等手段，探讨了胱氨酸生产废水效益型资源化的原理和技术应用，阐明了“半浓缩─脱水调制─处理改型”的技术路线将胱氨酸生产废水制成有机一无机复合型的氨基酸复合（混）固体肥料的工艺特点、产品特点和效益特点。
ield investigation,model experiments, biological tests and trial manufac-ture were conducted to discuss the principles and the application of benef-icial reclaimation of the wastewater from Julong Amino Acids Factory inYongchuan,Sichuan Province. The technical processes of the ahalf conden-sing dewatering-transforming phase”,which changed the wastewater tothe solid compound fertilizer containing amino acids, were established.Thepropertics of the produced fertilizer and the benefits of the reclaimationwere analysed respectively.
