摘要
采用ＦＡＯ推荐的玻片浸渍法测定山楂叶螨对氧乐果等七种药剂的抗性水平。结果表明，平凉地区山楂叶螨对氧乐果和水胺硫磷已产生了中等抗性，抗性倍数分别为２６．２２和２３．２９；对甲氰菊酯和克螨特产生了低等抗性，对三氟杀螨醇、哒螨灵、氟氟菊酯仍处于敏感水平。
sweet cherry spider mites(Tetranychus riennensisZachar ) were collected from apple grove in Pingliang,the eastregion of Gansu province and screened for resistance to 7 aca-ricides by soaking slide method that FAO recommended.Thetest showed that the populations had developed 26.22and32.29-fold resistance,respectively,to omethoate and isocar-bophos,relatively Iow Ievel of resistance to fenpropathrin andpropargite, but still sensitive to pyridaben, bifenthrin and dico-fol.
