摘要
二氟菊酸是拟除虫菊酯的主要中间体,可以制备多种的拟除虫菊酯,生产二氟菊酸的方法有Farkas法、相模法、相模-库拉莱法、环丁酮法、NRDC法和偏氟乙烯法等,本文简单介绍了各种方法的合成工艺,并对其优缺点进行评述,其中以相模法最适宜于工业化生产。
Dichiorovinylcyclopropane carboxylic acid(DVacid)is an important intermediate for pyrethroids synthesis Itmay be synthesized by Farkas method,Sagami method,Saga-mi-Karary method,cyclobutanone method.NRDC method,vinylidene chloride method and etc. This paper evaluated mer-its and demerits of varous synthetic technologies introducingmany synthetic routes in practice. It showes that the Sagamimethod is most suitable to the plant production.
