摘要
本文以二十二烷为内标物，用氢焰检测器时腐霉利的有效成分进行了定量分析研究。内标物和腐霉利的保留时间分别为８．５分和１５．７分。分析的准确在、精密度均较好。标准偏差（ｎ＝８）为０．４４，变异系数为０．８４％。
The contents of procymidone were determined bygas chromatography(F.I.detector)using n-docosane as inter-nal standard.The retention times of procymidone and internalstandard were 15.7min. and 8.5min.,respectivehy,The stan-dard deviation (n=8) was 0.44,coeffcient of variation was0.84%.
