摘要
本文通过试验,研究了真空灭弧室中触头间隙击穿的统计特性。试验结果证明,触头间隙的击穿电压是触头间距的非线性函数。
The statistical breakdown property of a vacuum contact has been studied experimentally. The results are summarized, so as to express the breakdown voltage as nonlinear function of the spacing of the contact.
