摘要
除宏观总结第一批１０９个农村水电初级电气化试点县建设的主要成绩外，特别提出了以投资比例分摊系数法、最优等效替代工程年费用法及影子电价分解成本法进行县农村电气化建设社会经济效益的定量分析。选择了１６个达标县进行了实例分析，得出了评估国民经济效益的度电效益及国民经济投资效益系数的概念和合理数值。
The main successes of the first batch 109 experimental unit counties of rural primary electrification construction are summarized macroscopically. Especially, the quantitative analyses of social economic benefits of county's rural electrification construction are presented by using sharing coefficients method in accordance with investment ration, annual expense method of optimum equal alternative project, and deconmposable cost method of shadow price of electricity.
