摘要
本文认为地矿产业结构的目标模式是建立以地质勘查业为主体,多种经营业为支柱的经济结构。发展方向应优化地质勘查业,在有条件时发展探采结合,大力兴办综合经济开发业。为此要处理好调整与发展的关系、产业结构与组织结构同步调整的关系、专业化与多元化并存的关系,并注意解决思想观念与结构调整不相适应的问题。
The article holds that the economic structure tailored for the geological industry should be built with geological and prospecting as the main goal, supported by diversified business. Ins development should take the way towards rationalization of geological and prospecting practice, combining pros-pecting with mining where conditions permit, and promoting divcrsified busin-ess. To achieve these goals, several issues must be handled with care, such as, the relation between restructuring and development, the simuitaneous readjust-ment of the industrial and organizational structures, ihe co-existence of specia-lization and diversification, and the unfitness of old concepts to restructuring.
