地质行业的问题和困难,有的要靠深化改革去解决,有的则要靠抓好发展去解决。执行正确的经济发展战略,当前的关键问题是调整地质行业调整结构,地质行业调整结构,带有补十年前“调整”一课的性质,应有更强的紧迫感。要学会在抑制需求的条件下转移供给。树立“稳定增长”观念,提倡长期艰苦奋斗、开拓创业的精神。
Of the problems arisen in the current reform, some have to be solved in the deepening of the reform, while others depend on the shifting of the strategy for development. Conversely, for the problems that would appear in the course of development, some depend on the correct implementation of the strategic plan, while others on the deepening of the reform. It requires that an appropriate strategy of development should not only seek to maintain a rough balance between total demand and total supply, but also accelerate the optimi- zation of the economic structure. A stronger sense of urgency is needed, for the current adjustment and transformation of the geological structure of production are in essence supplementary to the 'adjustment' conducted ten years ago. Under the circumstances of limiting total social demand, we must learn to direct our labor force to providing other kinds of supplies. To proceed at a practically moderate pace of advance we must be prepared for hard work over a long pe- riod of time.
