摘要
采用ＭＷ－ＥＬＩＳＡ快速法与常规ＥＬＩＳＡ法同时对比检测２０份阳性、阴性ＨＢＶ参考血清和２６８份临床连续标本（各共５１页ＨＢＶ标志物）。结果，两法阴性符合率为９８．３％（９７．９～１００％），阳性符合率为９５．４％（９３．３～１００％），ρ＞０．０５，差异不显著。２６８例临床样品两法符合率为９８．７％（９３．３～１００％），阳性预报值分别为２７．９％和２７．７％。ＭＷ法简便快速敏感，有推广价值。
samples each of HBV-markers(five in no.)positive/negative
reference sera as wellas 268 clinical continuous samples were assayed byrapid microwave
ELISA(Mw-ELlSA)&routineELISA,and compared.The results showed that:(1)For accordance within
the 20 samples,that for nega-tive rate was 98.3%(97.9～ 100%),while that forpositive rate was
95.4%(93.3～ 100%);P>0. 05,their difference insignificant statistically.(2)For ac-cordance
between Mw-ELISA & routine ELISAwith in the 268 clinical serum samples,it was notedto be
98.7%(93.3～ 100%)their positive predictivevalues being27.9%&27.7%.The MW -ELISAseems to
be aquite simple,rapid and sensative diag-nostic method,warranting clinical application
&dis-semination .
