摘要
板材机械性能指标显著影响着汽车覆盖件冲压成形。本文在采取成形极限曲线(FLC)与网格应变分析技术相结合进行理论和试验研究的基础上,提出“夏利”汽车覆盖件各件板材机械性能指标许用值,用以指导科学选材.经一年来的生产使用表明.方法可行,经济效益显著。
Mechanical properties of sheet metal remarkably affect the stamping formability of auto-mobile panels.Theoretical and experimental researches are carried out by analyzing both theForming Limit Curve(FLC) and the grid strain,which leads to the determination of allowable values of the sheet metal mechanical property mdexes of “Xiay automoble panels.Ascientific method of selecting proper kinds of sheet metal in production has been devised.The appiication of this method for more than half a year has proved its practicability and shownthe great economic beneficial results it may bring forth.
