摘要
试样磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMZ)用氧瓶燃烧法在纯氧气氛中燃烧分解,生成的在弱酸性介质中与一定量的Ba2+反应,通过测量剩余的Ba2+的吸光度,间接测定试样中SMZ的含量.标准曲线的相关系数为0.999,测定回收率达99.0~99.5%,结果与药典规定的永停终点法相符.
Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)was decomposed in an oxygen flask fulled with pure oxygen and was determined by the determination of excess of barium chloride standard solution in a weak acid medium. The corelative coefficient of standard curve is 0. 999 and the percentage recoveries are in 99. 0 ̄99. 5 %. The results of this method are in agreement with the results of the dead stop method provided by the Pharmacopoeia of China.
