摘要
酸胁迫(pH3.0)处理刺槐幼苗引起刺槐水势降低,电解质外渗增大,株高和干鲜重增长受抑。这些结果充分说明了酸胁迫对刺槐的伤害作用。酸胁迫下,刺槐幼苗根系游离脯氨酸含量变化相对较小,而腐胺则迅速累积。桂花、欧洲桤木、杨树等8个树种在酸胁迫下均表现出腐胺大量累积,这说明腐胺累积量可以作为植物遭受酸胁迫的一个内部生理指标。
Acid stress lowered the water potential and inhibited the increase of seedling length, freshand dry weight of Black Locust seedlings, but increased the electrolyte leakage significately. The free proline contents of roots in Black locust seedling under low pH (pH 3. 0) showed no significant change,while putrescine titer increased dramatically. After 2 days of acid stress (pH 3. 0), putrescine contents rose to 4 folds as compared with the control (pH 6. 0). Putrescine accumulation in eight differenttree species also increased under acid stress. Therefore, putrescine accumulation seems to be a physiological indicator of acid stress.
