单作茶园与间作茶园茶树的光合效能和蒸腾量的研究 被引量:8

摘要 对绿色植物来说,光合能力强弱是产量高低重要标志,茶树亦不例外。本文经计算得到夏季间作茶园茶树光合能力比单作茶园提高4.6%,因而间作茶园产量也高于单作茶园。茶树的蒸腾量直接影响茶叶品质,蒸腾量大,茶树含水量少,叶片易老化,茶的品质较差;反之,茶树含水率高,叶片持嫩性强,茶的品质较高,本文计算得南林大实习林场夏季单作茶园茶树日蒸腾量比间作茶园高23.54%,这是间作茶园品质好于单作茶园的重要原因之一。 The yield of all green plants is closely related to their photosynthetic capacity. The same is true to tea trees. It was calculated that the photosynthetic capacity of an interplanted tea stand was 4. 6% higher than that of a monoculture tea plantation. Accordingly, the former could have higher yield of tea leaves than the latter. Transpiration of tea plants also affects directly the quality of their leaves. As transpiration increases, the tea leaves become aged, resulting in deterioration of their quality. Our investigation conducted in Xiashu Forest Station, Nanjing Forestry University, indicates that the daily transpiration of the pure tea plantation was 23. 54% higher than that of the interplanted tea stand in summer which produced better quality tea leaves.
