摘要
在空调实验室集散微机测控系统温度等大惯性环节的控制方法研究中,提出了PID自整定调节器的控制方法。该文讨论了PID自整定调节器的特点,给出系统设计的控制算法,它是以二阶系统理想特征为基础进行极点配置的,使得闭环系统具有二阶系统的最优极点,具有良好的跟踪性能与抗扰动性能,提高了工业控制系统的控制质量,可作为一种通用的控制算法。
In such large-inertia links as temperature in the airconditioned laboratoryDCS,the author introduced selftuning controllers.In this paper,the properties of thePID adaptive controller are discussed.The control algorithms for system design are presented.It is set to a system of the utmost point based on ideal feature of second-order sys-tem. It makes the close-loop system have the optimum utmost point of second-order system and fine performance of tracing and antidisturb.It is useful for enhancing the controlquality of industry system. And it is regarded as a general algorithm.
