摘要
首先简要介绍稀土金属制成的磁弹簧吸振器的构造和工作机理,然后着重介绍三种规格磁弹簧吸振器特性的测试、计算和分析,并对磁弹簧刚度的可调节性及其刚度与磁弹簧的有关参数间的关系进行了分析,最后得出了一些有实际应用价值的结论。
Investigate the characteristics of rare-earth magnetic spring and its application to the dynamic vibration absorber. The springs are made of NdFeB and SmCo with three groups of size. After some measurement and curve fitting, the author have obtained the laws of repulsive forces between two magnets, and then, computed the linear and nonlinear coefficients of rigidity for the springs. It turns out that the greater the volume and maximum energy product (MEP),and the smaller the distance between two fixed magnets,the larger the stiffness. Since rare-earth magnetic materials have high MEP, even relatively small rate-earth magnets can still produce considerable recovering force and are well fit for dynamic vibration absorber.
