摘要
以指挥、控制、通讯和情报(C3I)系统为背景,引出了当今迅速发展、日益受到各国科技工作者和国防部门关注与重视的数据融合(datafusion)技术的概念以及近20年来的发展历程,详细介绍了实现数据融合的系统模型与系统构成,列出了在不同数据抽象级上进行数据融合的三个层次及其目前常用的数据融合方法。本文还就数据融合在军事上的应用作了较深入的讨论,同时指出了C3I系统的不断发展对数据融合技术提出了更新的要求以及高新技术的发展对数据融合技术的发展起到了巨大推动作用,文末还给出了一个反潜战(ASW)中数据融合技术的应用实例。
Based on the command, control, cornrnunication and information (C3I) system,this paper introduces the concept of data fusion(which has been given great attention and weight by scientists and those working in the departments of defence all over the world) and its development, presents the model and components of data fusion system in detail,summarizes three data fusion hierarchies at different data abstract levels, and enumerates the usual methods of data fusion. In military applications of data fusion, this paper indicates that the data fusion system must meet the new requirements along with berapid development of the C3I system and that the development of high-tech greatly quiekens that of data fusion, and uses the anti-submarine warfare system as an example in military applications.
