革胡子鲇精巢分化和精母细胞超微结构的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用光镜和透视电镜研究了革胡子%精巢的分比和精母细胞的超微结构,结果表明:幼鱼日龄66d精巢开始分比,精原细胞分为Ⅰ.Ⅱ两型,Ⅰ型精原细胞具有核仁.少量线粒体出现在细胞的一侧.Ⅱ型精原细胞核周隙宽阔,胞质中出现拟染色质小体,线位体增多。初级用母细胞线位体数目大增,胞质中出现典型的环状片层结构。次级精母细胞细胞器数量减少,精子细胞演变为精子可分成三个阶段。支持细胞和Leydig细胞的形态特征也得到了描述。 The testis differentiation and ultrastructure of spermatocytes in Clarias lazera havebeen studied by light microscopy and transmission electron microcopy.In the age at 66 days,thetestis differentiates,the spermatogonia have been divided into I-type and II-type. The spermato-gonia I have a large nucleoli,lcss mitochondria locate at one side of its cytoplasm. The chroma-toid bodies are appeared in the spermatogonia II,the number of the mitochondria are increased.In primary spermatocyte numerous mitochondria are appeared,typical annulate lamella areformed.In secondary spermatocyte,the organelles are decreased in number. The process whichtransform the spermatid into a spermatozcon has been divided into tree stages. The morphologi-cal feature of Sertoli cell and Leydig cell are also described.
