摘要
为提高芦苇─屑刨花板的性能,进一步对胶粘剂改性、芦苇表面处理、较佳制板工艺等技术问题进行深入的研究,确定最佳制板技术与实施方案,经生产性试验检验,产品物理力学性能满足国标要求,制板成本低于国内同类产品,可在现有的麻屑板生产线上略加改造就能生产出合格的芦苇-麻屑刨花板,为原料紧缺的麻屑板厂开辟了新的资源,也为芦苇开发利用拓宽了途径。
In order to improve the performance
of particleboard made from mixture of reed and flax stalk,the relevant technology
issues,including the modification of adhesive,the sur- face treatment of reeds, the optimal
manufacturing technology,were studies,which resulted in the establishment of the optimal
manufacturing technology and the working plan for trial production。The results of the trial
production indicated that the physical and mechanical properties of the board could meet the
requirement of the National Particleboard Standard(GB/T 4897─92).The production cost is
lower than that made from other raw materials in our country。By means of properly innovating
the production line of particleboard of flax stalk,qualified particleboard from reed and flax stalk
can be made。 This new technology makes it possible to use a new kind of raw materials in
flax stalk particleboard factories which are facing the shortage of raw material supply。It will
also widen the way of the utiliza- tion of reed。
