摘要
对华南虎（Ｐａｎｔｈｅｒａｔｉｇｒｉｓａｍｏｙｅｎｓｉｓ）和东北虎（Ｐａｎｔｈｅｒａｔｉｇｒｉｓａｍｕｒｅｎｓｉｓ）血清酯酶、过氧化物酶、乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、山梨醇脱氢酶和谷氨酸脱氢酶的同功酶进行了测定．结晶表明。
The serum Est, POD, LDH, MDH, GDH, SDH, ADH, AND. GLD isozymes in P. t. amogensis and P. t. amureasis have been determined. The results show as following:(1)The activity of Est., POD and LDH isozymes appear higher than that of other isozymes dEtermined.(2)The special zymograms of these 8 isozymes have not been detected among different indivial, sex and subspecies. From our experiment, it is no evidence to propose that the genetic background between these 2 subspecies is different.
