摘要
为了获得更多、活力更强的TIL细胞,本实验就实体瘤肝癌、肺癌及卵巢癌取材部位进行了分析,比较了取自肝癌、肺癌组织的浸润结节、交界组织、实质部位、中心及坏死区域的得率与活力,结果发现:坏死部位的细胞得率与活力最差,淋巴细胞得率也最差,肝癌、肺癌组织分别为4.05×10 ̄4/g、5.5×10 ̄4/g;中心部位较差,分别为3.6×10 ̄5/g、4.19×10 ̄5/g;实质部位的细胞得率最高,淋巴细胞得率最多,肝癌、肺癌组织分别为1.598×10 ̄6/g,9.05×10 ̄5/g;表面浸润结节及交界组织淋巴细胞得率及活力较好,在肺癌组织分别为7.87×10 ̄5/g、7.04×10 ̄5/g,在肝癌组织分别为8.4×10 ̄/g、1.229×10 ̄/g,故认为肝癌、肺癌组织以浸润结节、交界组织及实质部分较好。对于卵巢癌肿块,分析其浸润结节、实质部位及卵泡部位,其中表面浸润结节最后为7.247×10 ̄5/g,其次为实质部位为2.499×10 ̄5/g,而卵巢组织最差为2.017×10 ̄5/g,故认为卵巢肿瘤的取材以表面浸润结节为最好。
In order to get
more tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL),we analyesd yields of TLL in Iiverand lung cancers
from different parts of tumor tissues,that were,infiltrating nude of surface,juncture
part,substancial part,central part and necrosis part of tumor. Result showed that yields of TIL
from necrosis partof liver and lung cancers were lowest(4.05×10 ̄4/g,5.5× 10 ̄4/g),those of
central part were lower(3.6×10 ̄5/g,4.19×10 ̄5/g)and the higest part was substancial part(1.
59×10 ̄5/g,9.05×10 ̄5/g),the yields of TILfrom infiltrating nude of surface and juncture part
of tumor were higer.We considered that,if we get moreTILs,the specimen from liver and lung
cancers were better in infiltrating nudes of surface,juncture part andsuhstancial part.We also
analysed TILs from ovarian cancers in three parts that were infiltrating nude of
sur-face,subs-tancial part and follicle part.The yields of infiltrating nude of surface were
higest(7.247×10 ̄5/g),those of substancial paet were higer(2.499×10 ̄5/g),the lowest part
was follicle part(2.017×10 ̄5/g).So wethought that infiltrating nude of surface was the best part
for getting TILs in ovarian cancer.
