摘要
本文通过分析动物免疫系统的功能,认为其原始功能为调控变态发育,即免疫细胞原为对幼体进行改造使其完成变态而在成体形成后被诱导自灭的某些细胞,由于系统发育过程中幼体标志的大量歧化,使得在个体实际发育中冗余了不少未被自身成体诱导自灭的有关细胞,从而进化出了免疫功能,并在与病原生物等抗原性物质的相互作用中不断发展,此认识可系统解释各种免疫现象的起源。
In this paper,throgh the analyzing the functions of the immune system in animal,the primitivefunction of the immune system was thought to be regulating the metamorphosis in primary vertebrates.Theancestors of the immunocompetent cells might be some adjuating cells which regulated the metamorphosis ofthe larval cells and became into apoptosis induced by connecting the adult cells. During the phylogenetic his-tory of vertebrates,the diversifications of the immunogenes were accumulated in the adjusting cells caused by-differentiations of the larval cells and some adjusting cells became supernumerary cells in the ontogeny.Thesupernumerary cells which escaped from the suicide induced by connecting individual adult cells were special-ized the antigen specific lymphocytes. This view,could offer a reasonable systematic explanation about the ori-gin of various phenomena of immunity.
