摘要
ＩＳＴＭ—１型智能力平衡式硫酸贮罐计量仪，利用力平衡原理对贮罐液位差进行准确测量，然后利用微处理机对硫酸密度进行温度较正，以将放（进）酸体积转换成重量。该仪器传感器部件不接触腐蚀性介质，抗干扰能力强，可任意设定放（进）酸量、密度值范围，控制自动调节阀的开闭；并具有放（进）酸量自动打印、数字显示等功能。对于０～１００ｔ的测量范围，计量精度可达≤０．５％Ｆ．Ｓ，重现性为≤０．５％Ｆ．Ｓ．。
ISTM-1 H2SO4 measurer was developed on thebasis of accurate measurement of liquid level variation of storage tank on the principle of force balance,rectification of acid,density according to environmental temperature by microcomputer , and translation ofthe volume of acid, flowing into or out of storagetank, into weight. The measurer was designed tohave a sensor insulated from the corrosive mediumand have excellent antijamming performance. Theacid amount and its density range could be set optionally to control self-adjustable valve. The resultswere automatically printed and displayed digitally.For the measuring range of 0- 100t H2SO4, the accuracy was ≤0. 5% F. S. and the repeatability was≤0. 5% F. S.
