前列腺癌PCNA检测及其意义的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 选用抗PCNA单克隆抗体、采用免疫组化ABC法检测了30例前列腺增生(BPH)和前列腺癌(PC)石蜡标本中PCNA的表达。结果表明PCNA阳性细胞百分率:BPH组为27.5%±4.2%.PC组为49.6%±8.9%,其中伴神经内分泌(NE)分化PC组为57.0%±5.3%,不伴NE分化为45.2%±7.9%。统计结果显示伴NE分化PC组PCNA阳性细胞百分率明显高于BPH组(P<0.05)。在14例PC存活者中,PCNA阳性细胞百分率低者存活时间长于百分率高者。 Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression was determined immunohistochemically, using a monoclonal antibody 19A2 , in 30 prostate tissues with benign hyperplasia (BPH) and 30 prostatic carcinoma (PC) samples. The percentage of cells with nuclei stained was 27.5%±4.2% in the BPH specimens and 49.6%±8.9% in the carcinoma specimens,and 57.0%±6.3% in carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation and 45.2%±7.9% in carcinoma without neuroendocrine differentiation, Statistical analysis showed that the percentage of PCNA-positive cells in carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation was significantly higher than that in BPH (P<0.05).In 14 prostatic carcinoma patients of known survival,those with the lower percentage of PCNA-positive cells survived longer than those with the higher percentage. It suggests that the measurement of PCNA expression might have a prognostic role in prostatic carcinoma patients with hormone therapy.
