乳腺癌组织内微血管分布的定量研究 被引量:15

摘要 用FⅧ相关抗原免疫组化染色定量观察48例乳腺浸润癌。结果表明:有腋窝淋巴结转移组血管密度为每mm2135.4±47.8个,无腋窝淋巴结转移组血管密度为每mm296.1±31.4个,两组间的差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。同时血管的分布在癌组织旁每mm2142.4±49.5个,在癌肿中央为每mm293.5±28.6个,两组差异亦具有显著意义。结果揭示乳腺癌组织内血管生成与肿瘤的生长及腋窝淋巴结的转移关系密切。 Microvessel quantitation in 48 patients with invasive breast carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochemistry using antibody to factor Ⅷ-related antigen. The results indicated that node-positive carcinomas demonstrated significantly higher microvessel counts than did node negative carcinomas(135.4±47. 8 and 96.1±31.4, respectively; P<0. 01)and that connective tissue adjacent to tumor showed significantly higher microvessel counts than did connective tissue of tumor center(142. 4±49. 5 and 93. 5±28.6, respectively; P<0.01). The results showed that the angiogenesis in invasive breast carcinomas correlated with the occurrence of metastasis.
