摘要
采用经颅多普勒超声（ＴＣＤ）技术，对１３０例普通和典型偏头痛病人头痛间歇期的超声表现进行了研究。结果表明：普通和典型偏头痛之间ＴＣＤ改变无显著性差异，提示两种类型偏头痛于头痛间歇期血管机能的改变相同；偏头痛病人颅内动脉的平均血流速度（ＭＦＶ）均明显高于正常对照组，反映头痛间歇期病人的颅内动脉处于广泛的收缩状态而不伴颅外动脉的明显改变。
To study vascular functional condition in migraine,Transcranial Doppler(TCD) was used for examination of 130 patients with either common or classic migraine Headache intermission,The result demonstrated that 1)the TCD features did not dis-criminate common from classic migraine, it showed that their vascular functional condi-tion during headache intermission are similar.(2)the mean flow velocity(MFV)of all intracranial arteries in migraineurs were significantly higher than the controlled group.But there were no differences in the extracranial arteries, it was probably reflecting the diffuse functional contraction in intracranial arteries.
