摘要
应用系列标记抗体,对8例经典型Kaposi肉瘤组织发生学进行了免疫细胞化学研究,其中S-100蛋白标记许旺氏细胞,溶菌酶为组织细胞标记、结蛋白和波纹蛋白针对平滑肌细胞、周细胞和其它间叶细胞,第8因子相关抗原标记内皮细胞。结果表明Kaposi肉瘤细胞对结蛋白、波纹蛋白和第8因子相关抗原标记呈不同程度阳性。而S-100蛋白和溶菌酶标记阴性。这些结果支持Kaposi肉瘤虽是一血管肿瘤,但可能不是单一的内皮起源,而是起源于血管内皮和周细胞的观点。
Eight cases of classic Kaposi's sarcoma(KS)were investigated by immunocytochemical methods using a panel of antibodied,specific markers of cell types proposed in the literature:S-100 protein for Schwann cells;lysozyme for histiocytes;desmin and vimentin for pericytes and other mesenchyme-derived cells;Factor ⅧRAg for endothialcells.Immunohistochemical results showed that KS cells were positive for vimentin,desmin and factor ⅧRAg for endothelial cells.Immunohistochemical results showed that KS cells were positive for vimentin,desmin and factor ⅧRAg,and negative for other cell markers.These findings lend further support to the concept that Kaposi's sarcoma,although a vascular tumor,is not of pure endothelial origin,it is orginated from both pericytes and endothelial cells.
