摘要
用动态DSC研究中国黑荆单宁与活性酚醛树脂中羟甲基的反应动力学过程,分别测定了不同升温速率和不同摩尔比的活性酚醛树脂的反应动力学常数,发现上述两种因素对反应动力学常数均有一定的影响。
The reaction kinetics of Chinese black wattle tannin with methylol groups in reactive phenol-formaldehyde resins(RPF)was studied by DSC,The reaction heat and kinetic constants at different rate oftemperature rising and mol ratio were determined and calculated respectively, It was found that both therate of temperature rising and mol ratio of phenol to formaldehyde in RPF can affect the reaction heat andkinetic constants.
