45钢淬火加热零保温可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 对45钢在空气介质的箱式炉中进行淬火加热时,加热、保温时间能否缩短,特别是“零保温”是否可行等,进行了试验和研究。结果表明:工件心部到温即可淬火,对45钢制作的中小型工件在调质时,淬火加热过程的零保温是可行的,且零保温试样和经典加热试样的淬火组织与力学性能均无太大的差别。 When 45 # steel is under heating and quenching in a box glowing furnace with air as medium, is it possible for the heating and the time keeping temperature to be shortened? Particularly, is the zero lasting temperature workable? The tests and studies are made, with the result showing: as soon as the heatr parts in two pieces reach the requested temperature, the quenching is immediately done. As for the middle and small sizes of working pieces made of 45 # steel, when they are under modified treatment, the zero lasting temperature in quenching and heating is workable. Furthermore, the structure and mechanical properties presented by the sample piece after quenching and the one under zero temperature protection after quenching are almost the same, or have no difference.
