摘要 采用无压烧结和反应结两种方法制备氮化硅陶瓷,利用拴盘式摩擦实验机考察了氮化硅与GCr15球对磨的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,虽然氮化硅具有较高的摩擦系数,但磨损率较低,特别是在水和油等介质存在的条件下,氮化硅具有低摩擦和磨损的特性。 Friction and wear properties of two kinds of silicon nitride (reaction bonded and pressureless sintered) were studied under different lubricated conditions by using a rotating pin-on-disc apparatus, Under the condition of unlubrieation, the test of steel ball/ Si3N4disc sliding pairs shows the low wear rate of 10-3m3(Nm)-1for RBSN. With an incrase of rotatingrate and load, the friction coefficient of Si3N4 increased but their wear rate of Si3N4 decreased. During the test, the friction coefficient and wear rate of Si3N4 decreased monotonously with the increase of wear time. Under the conditons of water, oil and graphite lubrication, the friction coefficient and wear rate decreased apparently. Under alumina wear,the wear rate of Si3N4 increased with the increase of content of Al2O3 particles in the water medium of Si3N4.
