摘要
本文提出了一种合理地处理合金钢HNO_3-HF酸洗废液的工艺方案。废液经TBP多级萃取回收HNO_3-HF─黄钠铁矾除铁铬─中和沉镍─钙盐除氟处理后,回收了部分HNO_3-HF及96%左右的镍,外排液无色透明,达国家排放标准。
A reasonable process for treating spent HNO_3-HF Iiguors from alloy steelpickling is described in this paper,In this process the spent liquor undergoes a multi-stageTBP extraction for recovering HNO_3-HF─removing Fe and Cr using sodium jarosite method─nickel precipitation─fluorine removing by calcium salts,resulting in a colourless,tran;─parent effluent which comes up to national standard,as well as recovering part of HNO_3-HFand about 96%nickel。
