摘要
在1250℃,选用碳质还原剂、硫铁矿和SiO_2对高铜炉渣进行电炉火法贫化。贫化过程分静态法和动态法(用氮气搅拌)。通过实验得到渣含铜与还原剂民FeS、SiO_2加入量、冰铜品位和贫化时间的关系。通过电子探针显微分析确定贫化渣中主要铜相为冰铜相。
The high- copper slag was cleaned with reducing carbon reagent,sulphide iron ore(FeS)and silica(SiO_2)in the electric furnace at 1250℃。The cleaning process includes static state stage and dynalnic state stage meltstrired with N_2 .The effect of addition of C,FeS,SiO_2,copper grade ofmatte and cleaning time on the copper content of slag was obtained in thisexperiment.The matte as main copper phase in the cleaning.slag was deter- mined by electron probe microscopic analysis.
