摘要
本文旨在探讨固定方法对下颌骨骨折愈合的机制的影响。研究选用家兔15只,分3组,造成人工骨折,进行钢丝缝扎、非加压和加压坚固固定。通过肉眼、组织学观察反抗挠曲愈合强度测定作组间比较。结果显示坚固固定下,外骨痂体积减小,愈合强度增大,愈合无软骨参与,表现为膜性化骨过程;加压固定下,骨修复成份自初始便具备方向特性,直到骨形成,总体呈现裂隙愈合机制。
n this paperi,15 rabbits with fracture of the body of the mandibule
were divided intothree groups. The fracture sites were separatly fixed by stainless wire, non-
compressionplate and compression plates. The animals of each group were sacrificed at 2 、
4、 6、 8weeks postoperatirvely. The comparison among three groups were proceeding based
onhistological observation and biomechanical measurement . The results demonstrated
thatdecreasing of external callus and increasing of healing strength under rigid fixation.
Incomparison with stainless wire osteosynthes is , a so-called “fibrous process ”
withoutintervention of cartilage took place in healing.
