摘要
以区域供水量和需水量的平衡关系为标准,用生产、生活、生态需水量为截断水平,建立干旱灾害识别模型,给出干旱灾害指标.模型应用于晋江供水区,揭示了该供水区发生旱灾的规律及其等级,与实际情况相符合,说明该模型是可行的,可以在实际工作中应用.
A drought identification model which is based on water deficit consisting of industrial, agricultural, domestic and ecological water demands by the principle of water budget is proposed, and a drought disaster identification index is also suggested in this paper. This methodology is applied to the Jinjiang water - supply area, Fujian Province. The droughts identified by the proposed method are concurrent with the realized droughts of the observed runoff series, thus proving the viability and applicability of the model in the identification of drought disaster.
