摘要
目的:探讨清气化痰丸(陈皮、黄芩等)中橙皮苷和黄芩苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用反向高效液相色谱法,使用ZorbaxC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈水1H3PO4(20∶80∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长:280nm。结果:含量与峰面积线性关系良好,橙皮苷的平均加样回收率为97.5,RSD为1.2。黄芩苷的平均加样回收率为97.5,RSD为1.0。结论:该方法简便可靠,重复性好,其他组分对测定无干扰,可用于同时测定清气化痰丸中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量。
AIM ： To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Qingqi Huatan Pill （Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Scutellariae, etc. ）. METHODS： RP-HPLC was adopted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-1% phosphoric acid （20： 80： 0.2） , flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1 The detection wavelength was at 280 nm. RESULTS ： The linear range of hesperidin was 0.04μg-0.37μg, the average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was 1.0%. The linear range of baicalin was 0.13μg-1.19μg. The average recovery was 97.5%and RSD was 1.2%, respectively. CONCLUSION： This method is simple, practical, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Qingqi Huatan Pill.
