摘要 某特大桥采用灌注桩基础,由于存在深水、基岩裸露倾斜、岩溶等因素,导致施工工艺复杂,产生漏浆、塌孔和卡锤等情况,且部分基桩在桩头局部发现露筋病害。总结了桩基的施工技术,结合该工程的桩基检测及桥梁荷载试验,对露筋病害进行了综合分析。 The foundations of a major bridge are designed as bored piles. At locations of the pile foundations, the situations of deep water, bare and tilted bed rocks and karst ground make the construction technology for the foundations complicated, and cause the construction problems like leakage of pile concrete, collapse of pile holes and jamming of pile harmers to occur from time to time. Moreover, exposure of reinforcement at pile heads is also found. In this paper, the construction techniques for the bored piles of the foundations are summarized, and the exposure of reinforcement at the pile heads is analyzed in a comprehensive way based on the pile detection and bridge load tests.
