摘要
恒丰北路桥是国内建造最早的斜拉桥之一,其拉索防护采用了水泥砂浆、黑色PE两层防护体系,具有一定代表性。在对该桥进行换索后,利用换下的旧索进行了钢丝锈蚀分布检查、钢丝锈蚀性能分析以及拉索锈蚀性能分析,详述了试验的方法、步骤和试验结果,分析了这种防护体系的弊病以及拉索在腐蚀条件下的力学性能变化。
The Hengfeng North Road Bridge is one of the earliest cable-stayed bridges built in China. The stay cables of the Bridge were protected with a system typically composed of two layers of cement mortar and black PE sheaths. After replacement of the cables, the removed cables were sampled for test of steel wire rust corrosion distribution and for analysis of performance of the corroded wires and cables. In this paper, the test methods, procedures and results of the stay cables are described in details. The problems of the protection system and mechanical behavior changes of the cables under corrosion conditions are investigated as well.
