摘要
探索了光敏剂o-羟基环己基苯甲酮的合成方法,改进了其制备过程中的氧化、卤代、水解等步骤。改进后的方法具有工艺简单,收率高等特点。研究了光敏剂e-羟基环己基苯甲酮及2-羟基-2-甲基苯基丙酮的用量对丙烯酸酯类光敏材料的光引发固化速度的影响。
Synthetic methods ofα-hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone are studied Oxidation, halogenation and hydroly sis in the synthetic Processes areimproved. Higher yield and simpler technology process were obtained by th improved methods. The effect of additive level of two two photoinitiators (α-hydroxycyclohexylphenylketon and 2-hydroxy-2-methyl phenyl-acetone) for photouring time of acrylate compouds were studied.
