摘要
对管理黑洞进行重新释义,并尝试从管理能量流和信息流的角度来阐明组织的三个特性和管理的时序性促成管理黑洞的形成;然后通过建立数学模型,求出影响管理黑洞扩散的因素;最后提出了建立超执行力组织来防治管理黑洞的思想。
The paper re - elaborate the black hole management, trying to expound the forming of the black hole of management in terms of managing energy and information flowing. Then mathematics model was built to explore the factors influencing the spread of black hole of management.Finally the paper presented the thought that setting up super - execution organization to prevent and control the black hole of management.
