摘要
本文研究了回火温度对低碳贝氏体钢静载缺口敏感性的影响。结果表明:该钢正火后对缺口很敏感,而正火后再经300℃回火,可明显降低钢的缺口敏感性。通过光学、电子金相分析,并应用力学知识,探讨了组织因素对缺口敏感性的影响。
In this paper, notch sensitivity of a low-carbon bainitic steel under static load has been studied. The results show that notch sensitivity of the steel after normalizing is higher,but that of the steel is evidently decreased as tempered at 300℃. Effect of microstructure on notch sensitivity of low-carbon bainitic steel is investigated by using mechanics knowledge and transmission electron microscope.
