安婀珍蝶和艳婀珍蝶幼虫对饥饿的耐受能力 被引量:7

摘要 实验室条件下测定了安婀珍蝶Actinoteanteas(DoubledayandHewitson)和艳婀珍蝶Actinotethaliapyrrha(Fabricius)幼虫对饥饿的耐受能力。结果表明,初孵幼虫、2龄和4龄幼虫在完全饥饿状态下的死亡率都随饥饿时间的延长而升高,3个龄期的幼虫都在化蛹前死亡。2种婀珍蝶幼虫饥饿状态下的存活历期都随龄期的增加而延长。 Actinote anteas (Doubleday and Hewitson) and Actinote thalia pyrrha (Fabricius) are two biocontrol agents for controlling Mikania micrantha H. B. K.They were introduced to China from Indonesia Oil Palm Institute in 2001. The starvation endurance ability of Actinote spp. larvae was measurated at (26.0 ± 1.0) ℃ with a 12 L: 12 D photoperiod in the laboratory. The results indicated that the mortality of the 1st , 2nd and 4th instar larvae all increased with the time of starvation. The starvation endurance ability increased with their growth stages. The 1st , 2nd and 4th instar larvae may survive for about 3 d, 6 d and 9 d respectively instarvation.
