摘要
根据石灰石矿山的地质实际情况,以样品长度为权重,建立了地质样本的加权标准偏差理论与计算方法,并正确地结合矿山地质模型建立了单元标准偏差的估值原理和计算方法,同时根据矿山生产的实际需要,建立了复合标准偏差理论和计算方法,这些方法的有机结合,构成了分析评价矿山质量波动情况的理论系统,具有重要的理论价值和实用价值,该文建立的迭代优化配矿方法,用模拟开采掌握采矿技术的要求,用线性规划方法控制矿石质量波动,通过迭代运算确定最优配矿方案,对实现矿山质量均衡生产具有重要作用.
In light of the real geological conditions of limestone mines and taking the sample length as the weight,the authors Lave established the weighted standard deviation theory and calculation method of geological samples and the value estimation principle and calculation method of unit standard deviation in a right combination with the mine geological, del.Meanwhile,the complex standard deviation theory and calculation method have also been established in accordance with the real requirements of mine production. The appropriate combination of these methods has composed the theory system for the analysis and evaluation of the mine quality variations. In the iterative method of ore blending optimization established by the authors the simulated mining is used to master the mining technological requirements, the linear planning method to control the ore quality variation and the iterative operation to determine the best ore blending scheme,which is of great importance to the realization of the quality equlization production of mines.
